Bu gecen 1 yilda neler oldu?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Küresel Kriz&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- yediden yetmise dünyanin her kösesinde taninan Micheal Jackson'un vefati&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Oglum Talha Havucoglu'nun dogumu :)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Yeni evimize tasinma telasim&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu telas hala bitmedi, diyer evimizdeki tadilat biterbitmez tasiniyoruz.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 yil.. nekadar cabuk gecti? hep kosturmaca.. hep telas.. nereye kadar? dünyevi islere kapilip gidiyoruz ve zamanin nasil akip gectigini bile fark etmiyoruz. Ve birde bakiyoruzki Yas 30'a gelmis.. Sadece hepbirlikte yemek yedik ve bitanemin hediyesini taktim ettik.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Rabbim yegenlerime (bir kücügümüz henüz 1,5 yasinda) uzun uzun ömürler verir insallah.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pastamiz daha önce yaptigim arkadasimin dogumgünü pastasiyla ayni, bu pastanin icinede meyvecikler koydum. Önceleri bana zevk veren hersey cok zor ve bos geliyor! Yemek yapmak bile zorunluluktan yapiliyor..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hayatin akisina kendimizi kaptirip, bir cok maneviyati unutup dünya isleri icin kosusturmalara devam ederken bir anda Zaman durdu benim icin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bir tek telefon Hayatimin dönüm noktasi oldu!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ölümün var oldugunu bildigimiz halde yokmus gibi yasadigimiz günlerden biriydi o gün de. Ölüm... bana ne uzak gelirdi, sanki hic bizim basimiza gelmeyecekmis gibi. Duyardik cevreden "falanca kisi ölmüs" diye..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Üzülürdük, ama hic aklimiza gelmezdi ki, aklima gelse bile insan inanamiyor veya gözünde canlandiramiyorki gün olur da bizim de basimiza gelebilir diye.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Durum bu haldeyken Babamin ölüm haberiyle kendime geldim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu dünyaya ne icin geldigimizi ve ne icin burada bulundugumuzu tekrar düsünüp ve bütün hayatimi tekrar ele alip eledigim bu günlerde, hayatimda bulunan yanlislardan uzaklasmaya karar verdim. Biz bu dünyaya ne icin gönderildik? Asil o görevleri yerine getirmek hayatimizin en bastaki amaci olmali.. Gerisi dünyada kaldigimizi süreyi kolaylastirmak icin diyer görevler. Ama asil nedeni gözden kaybetmemek gerekir!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sevgili Babamin sayesinde bu gercege gözlerim acildi, keske daha önce bu gercegi görebilseydim..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ama kaderimizde bu kadar aci bir sekilde ders görmekde varmis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Insan önceden asla tahmin edemiyor, sayet benim basima gelse böyle bir durum nasil dayanirim diye..? Ama Ölümü bize sart kosan Allahim, geri de kalanlar icin bunun sabrini da bizden eksik etmiyor!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bir tek gercek insani hayat da ve ayakta tutmaya yardimci oluyor.. Gün gelecek ben de gidecegim, ve orada babama kavusacagim!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Aksini düsünerek insan kendini kaybedince bu isyan a giriyor benim gözümde, sabir dileyip sürekli dua edip Allaha sigindigi zaman insan, ve bu gercegi sürekli aklinda tutmayi basardigi zaman dayanma gücü bulunabiliniyor..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Daha Babamin acisi cok tazeyken, yakin cevremizdeki bir akrabamizin ölüm haberi tekrar sarsti bizi. Yeni lezzetler kesfetmeyi sevdigimiz icin tabiki hemen tadimlik aldik.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Üzücü olan epey bir zaman gectigi icin üzerinden isimlerini unuttum. Ama en azindan görünüs olarak size sunmak istedim.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;En harika olan Tas da göreceginiz en sag üst kisimda duran pembe ve yesil bir meyve var. Malesef hakiki toprak güveclerim yok, ama en azindan bu porselenler tadini andiriyor. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Malzemeler:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 Tas Kuru Fasülye&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 gr Pastirma&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 bas Kuru Sogan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 kasik dilerseniz Zeytinyagi, dilerseniz normal Siviyag&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 Kasik Domates Salcasi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 kasik Biber Salcasi&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kirmizibiber, Karabiber, Tuz&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Yapilisi:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kuru Fasülyeyi bir gece önceden bol su icersinde islatin. Ertesi gün suyunu süzüp, bir tencereye koyun ve bol su ekleyip Fasülyenizi hafif yumusayincaya kadar haslayin. Ve tekrar süzün. Bu arada Pastirma dilimlerini dilediginiz sekilde kesin.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Soganlari incecik dograyip Yagda pembelesene kadar kavurun, ve üzerine (bu arada altini kisin yoksa yanarlar) Salcalari ve Baharatlari ekleyin. Biraz cevirdikten sonra Fasülyeleri ekleyerek Fasülyenin hafif üzerine gelecek kadar kaynamis su ekleyin. Fasülyeler pismeye yaklasincaya dek pisirin.
